Located on Lake Eustis is the City’s premiere park space—Ferran Park. This park's redevelopment plan is a collaborative result with the City of Eustis and Evergreen Contractors.  Program elements include major hardscape changes as well as the addition of shade canopies, parking, seat walls and the lakefront promenade.
