Palmetto Plaza park is considered to be the central hub for the East Eustis Community Redevelopment Area. With a physical and spiritual tie to the Kensington Gateway project, this phase of the project includes a central open market space, pavilions, and a grand lawn. Most of the elements were constructed in cooperation with Americorp volunteers.
